The Knowledge Base is divided into categories and folders. You may wish to browse through the folders, or find what you need by using the search feature.
Simply enter a word or phrase, and the Knowledge Base will provide all relevant documents. Or, you can enter a process, such as ‘new hire’, and the search will provide all documents related to the new hire process.
When you search for a phrase, by default, you will see the exact match results first and the partial matches will follow. However, you can eliminate partial matches in your search results by searching for exact phrases. Simply enclose the search terms within double quotes (“like this”).
